Shipping Policy
At Boots, Blooms & Bubbles, we’re committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. Below is a comprehensive guide to our domestic shipping process, including rates, times, and policies. Please read carefully, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Processing Time:
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. During peak periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may extend by 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if we experience any delays.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders shipped within the United States.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $50.00
We ship via trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS and FedEx, to ensure the quickest and most reliable delivery possible. The carrier used will depend on your shipping address and the size of your order.
Shipping Times:
Standard Shipping: After processing, your package will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location within the United States.
East Coast & Central U.S: Expect delivery in 2-4 business days.
West Coast & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be impacted by weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, please check the tracking information for updates.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim if necessary.
Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office for assistance. In some cases, you may be able to file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at Create@BootsBloomsandBubbles.com and we will attempt to correct the error if your order has not yet shipped.
If your order has already shipped to the incorrect address, we will be unable to reroute the package. You will need to place a new order with the correct information.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was undeliverable for any reason (e.g., no one available to receive the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions:
PO Boxes: We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, larger packages may require a physical address for delivery.
Domestic Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
